I have pugged some for the Z-quest stuff (nice way to decide what mission to work on) but I typically find hammering nails into my face more fun.

If I could find a couple of people (I usually play daytimes EST) to work with a little more regularly that'd be awesome. I'm currently unguilded and my HM buddy doesn't seem to log in anymore =/
