Hello. I am very new to PC gaming. I usually play on a console (Ps), but as of now I have myself a laptop and no console. I JUST got a Logitech F710 gamepad to play with GW2. However, it isn't working!!! (I know the controller works, bc I tested it.) I went through the Logitech website and tried their programming options, and that hasn't worked for me either. I am what you'd call somewhat "computer illiterate". Which is not to say I'm completely ignorant, but I'm definitely not well versed. I have read all through a game controller thread, and to be honest it kinda runs together.

The (1st) question I pose to you is this: is there a FREE xpadder dl, at a legit site? If there is, I can't seem to find it, at a site that I feel I can trust. Does anyone have experience using the F710? I contacted support and they said to check the forums for information.

Thanks!
- Yours in gaming

Is it possible to join a Guild (I am not a Guild member at the moment) and take fellow Guild members with me into an Instance or to attempt to form a party and do the same?

Target loss on camera rotation

I know this is not a new issue. You rotate the camera and you either lose your target or switch targets. Currently, a quick single click (mouse down mouse up) can both turn the camera and select a target. My proposal is to make mouse selection mouse down-->(no mouse motion)-->mouse up. The current selection mechanic seems to be mouse down-->(short time filter for mouse motion)-->mouse up. This allows the player to move the camera and select a target with one click.

I posted a YouTube video showing it in more detail, along with a link to the bug report on the official forums. If you want a laugh watching the video turn on the auto closed captions.
