I was curious as to what you guys thought about it. It's for an MMO that I'm making and it's suppose to be one of the tracks that plays when you're sailing on the seas.

I listened to the whole song. Without having known what it was supposed to be used for or a video, not once would I think of the ocean or a ship. It is nice, but you need something resembling the cry of birds or the sound of water splashing on a hull or the creak of a boat rocking if you want your desired effect, at least IMO.

Of course, sound affects will be added in separately to the mp3. If you lay them on the track it might get a little hectic and repetitive when you know exactly where a seagull will cry or a wave splashing.
I think it's pretty good, and could imagine it working well with a panning camera around a hero on a ship. It does sound quite swashbucklery, but it also reminds me of The News, or some kind of daytime chat show program.
certainly nothing wrong with the track but obviously hard to put into context without some sort of visual to go with it
Its almost too catchy if you know what I mean.
I like it but it almost feels like a song that's in the beginning of the news, very catchy ;)
