Targeting problems

Is there a hotkey that makes targeting easier?

The problem I have is with any of the dragon events. Especially Jormag. I have trouble targeting his ice shield and the dragon itself.

If I am able to target the dragon, it is usually out of range for my scepter, which means I am targeting the wrong spot, because everyone else is firing from the same location. I can't seem to target the dragons ice shield at all. It didn't used to be this bad, but its to the point I can never target the ice shield anymore. Its extremely annoying. Its like they changed something.

Its bad enough that I lose track of the mouse cursor on my screen with all the animation going on. There needs to be an option for a larger mouse cursor.

Anet had an issue with the Winterdays patch an the target for the icewall is actually below the ground. Best thing i have done is pick up the charrzooka and tab target till i find it or randomly shot in the direction and hope i get it.
