Looking for Mature, well established guild

I'm in the market looking for a well established, mature (read not a bunch of kids dropping f bombs and tasteless jokes) guild on the Jade Quarry Server. My ideal guild will have around 50+ members that are active and enjoy a wide variety of activies within the game. I prefer a well structured guild with a seasoned guild leader (has lead successful guilds in other MMO's) that has weekley events such as WvW nights, dungeon runs, karma / farming runs, and dynamic events. Team Speak or Vent is preferable as well as a website with forums and information. I'd also like the guild leaders and officers be a little selective to who they invite. Big box guilds and or multi gaming guilds need not respond, I'm looking for more of a family type atmosphere, but also knows how to laugh and have fun. My daily life takes priority over gaming life so a guild that understands that would be great. Karma and other bonus's up on a consistant basis would be great as well :thumbsup: Oh, forgot to mention, a North American server mainly EST... I guess that goes without saying since I mentioned JQ tho lol
