Black Lion Trading Post ?

Hi
Can someone tell me where the Trading Post is. It says i have to talk to a rep to get money for what I sold. I asked in game but didn't get a response.

they're marked on the map by an olde timey scale. they're in all of the major cities and Lion's Arch. There are also some others throughout the world. Each of the starter zones has one near the starting area.
