Welcome to the forum
Best advice I can give is try things out. Lots of people will have lots of suggestions, myself included. Try things out if you like it great if not try something else. Its very easy to switch builds in GW2 so don't frett if you screw up.
The only wrong way to play is the way you don't have fun.

I Love Guild Wars :) and was in the first Guild Wars for 5 years but loving the game all over in GW2 I am how ever stumpped on the Fire Elem and the build I feel like she is week and she was strong enough till I got to level 60 then things came spirleing down to maybe 2 hits maybe 3 or 4 and she is down. Is this normal for a fire Elem if there is a better build please tell me any help on this would be great :)

Welcome to GW2F, Highlander! I'm Cel. Nice to meet ya. Glad you're enjoying the game. I am, too. I agree the Guardian is great with fantastic survivability. My ele did get to feeling squishy to me at one point, but I tried to keep her in on-level crafted gear with stats that buffed her vitality and/or toughness. Also, I learned to better cycle through her affinities to keep her damage high while mitigating as much coming in as possible. Also, dodging is something she is now expert at. lol
Again, welcome. :)
