Dragonbrand player looking for guild

I am new to MMO types of games. My sister suggested that I try Guild Wars 2 out and I am enjoying the game a lot, but I feel I am missing out on the social/people aspects of the game. When my sister is available, one of us will guest to the other server and rumble through the land.

I am a casual player in my early 50s - I play almost every night working on my dailies and my story line. I have not done any PVP, WvW or dungeons but that's because I'm not sure how to get involved in them.

I'm looking for a guild that will have players available in the times I can play 5-9 pm pacific coast time M-F and at various times over the weekend. I can't play all those hours but that is the time I have available. I'm looking to do PvE, dungeon running and slowly getting into WvW or PvP. I enjoy going through the countryside doing the hearts and the events as they come up. I'm willing to learn how to play the game better

I have a level 47 Slyvari Ranger, a level 7 Asura Elementalist and a level 29 Norm Warrior. I tried playing Norm Thief but wasn't enjoying it. I'm creakinator.4759 in the game if that helps any.

My other favorite game is Minecraft - more towards building than fighting.

If you are open to switching servers I think Hedonism would be a good home for you. We are a small guild and someone is always on during the hours you listed. A lot of our members are older as well (I'm 43).

The atmosphere in the guild is laid back and friendly. Most of us have MMO experience and very helpful and knowledgeable. There's no pressure to do any guild events but, lots of opportunity to do events or just hang out when you want to have some company.

We are PvE focused and do mapping, achievements, dungeons, WvW and just started getting into PvP.
