I've had too many nightmare re-installations due to bugs and security issues to place trust in any...
Not really a fix but the lack of GvG is getting old hat.
Pretty sure I'll struggle to log on until they sort the PvP out.
*goes back to Skyrim*
I'd suggest you research the interwebs. YouTube, Wiki and forums will help you more than anything anyone else will say as we have no actual idea of which one will suit you or which you will enjoy...
That's a silly opinion when taking into account the future of the game.
Even discounting Anets plans for future Guild related content I would argue any MMO mechanic that gathers players together...
I really don't see the need.
The game is not conducive to pugging, hence any form of tool to assist it is largely redundant and irelevant. Why have a tool to PuG in a game that is really designed...
Have to agree this game should easily be a nominee, it should be a nominee in every game of the year gaming media award imho.
In saying this has been the best year for gaming in a long time imo.So...
I can't recall ever seeing complaints of boredom or complacency being raised in GW1 forums shortly after release compared to the amount it has been expressed and observed in this and other GW2 forums...
If you do it in less than 3 days OP I'll reward you with 16 copper and a plank of wood.
Your welcome.
Cool.
In that sense and scenario I can't disagree, even if I don't get why...the HoM rewards were never that enticing imho.I'd say it's a no-brainer they found the game a tad boring as it was...
I've read quite a few articles with direct comment from Anet in regards to console ports.Just google it and you can see it was seemingly part of their plan early this year. Not sure what happened...
Could be a silly question bro but what do you mean by "points"?Never heard that term before. Are you talking HoM?
I agree to disagree because in all honesty I can't recall one.I was purely Guru back then though.I would also freely admit I was only checking out the forum once a month until shortly after Factions...
If enough people are seriously thinking that a few months after release....well...nuff said really.
Maybe it's just play-style and motivational differences. I've lost count of how many times I...
I totally ignore the really high-end capitalist hierarchy and mentality in MMOs.
I mean every game needs it's Hugh Hefners and Donald Trumps, I'm grateful some people have the motivation and time...
I'm slowly forming the opinion that GW2 is really what you choose to make it.If you have the time and motivation to make it fun for you personally it's a non-issue.As such I'm really thinking it...
Personally it doesn't hold a candle to GW1 for me so far.
A few months in and I'm bored, struggling to even find the motivation to play but I'm in no way attempting to diss the game or bait those...
That's gaming forums.Period.
Gaming forums, even if 99% of the players don't even know they exist, have relevance and import.Basic statistics and math.
I just came here to find a good guild and...
Not really
PvE skills in Gw1 were a pure violation of the anti-gear-treadmill philosophy. It was just disguised.Same math and motivation.Titles also added.
Not having a go at what your saying, I...
It's all cyclic debate, reasoning and semantics with very little merit outside personal choice.
In saying good points have already been raised. My only one is no GvG.PvE is a no-brainer imo, just...
I just wishfully hope they get a good designer.Based purely on aesthetics the armor in this game is pretty rubbish, especially in comparison to GW1.I have have really low end gear but I am grateful...
Not as much as release to be sure, but the same statement holds water with any MMO release, let alone any game release....ever.It's consistently evolving and gaming, much like music, food,...
One of the best posts I've seen here and I could not agree more.
Once you start letting that kind of opinionated and hierarchically structure into a game like this it kills the game. Not initially...
That is a really valid point dude.I totally agree.
It was far more encompassing of the game as a whole as opposed to one specific area.My question though is do you honestly think it will be that...
That really sums up a lot of my take on this issue tbh.
Do I agree with the changes being made, highly debatable even within my thoughts and opinions, but I get why many are disillusioned.
What...
They already did that in GW1 with the Eye of the North PvE skills.
It will happen again in GW2 at some stage I would think.
