the "offical" start time is midnight PST...but because they want to make sure everything is working for that time they will be opening the servers up to 3 hour ahead...or 9pm PST (midnight EST).

well as long as the server doesnt say "full" there is no cue to get into the game. It puts you in an overflow server if it has to...there really isnt any hurry up and wait in GW2
