because you level up to 80 in WvWvW.... now then, you don't get all of your skills unlocked unless you're actually 80... sPvP however, you level up to 80, and all of your skills get unlocked for you...

clarification, if you play with someone of a different race, and are grouped together, you can go the personal story together.. you just won't get the dialog options that the person who is doing the...

pretty sure all of the starter area stuff is race specific, however you can still do them... Personal Story wise, yes you'll have to go back to your starter area and main city to do those... but...

because its about the fun and the actual player skill not gear.... you can't rely on your gear to save your hide, just your wits and skills

as soon as you're done with your beginner instance (like maybe 10 minutes) you can go to your main city, jump through a portal, arrive at lions arch, and go where ever you want from there.. won't...

hmmmm not that long.. forgot where I got mine at, think it was a drop from a mob. But I think one of the beginner karma vendors sells one as well... can anyone confirm this?

I believe all of your utility skills are useable underwater.... you'll just switch to your underwater weapon when you dive in.... And if you're a ranger you'll switch to your water pet setup
