Most guys have insecurity issues. I notice it more in certain societies than other. My main is a female, and I don't even bother to get her naked. I already do that in real life with my girlfriends....

I believe there are 8 dungeons, but don't quote me on that. They're extremely difficult though.

Also GW2 isn't gear based, there is no "best gear" per say.

I would suggest advancing further in the game, you're still lvl. 12.

Enemies tend to drop weapons, so get some from there. Don't keep spending your money.

I actually believe he removed the wow comment because his issue was eventually resolved and now GW2 is awesome for him. Proving my point that patience triumph...

I doubt the majority of people who have played the game past lvl. 10 actually hate the game. It's such a lovable game, but there will always be people who don't like a game and there is no issues...

You might want to raise your lvl. up to 80 before considering the melee class weak... trust me it's not. Just keep playing, learn the ropes and once you get to lvl. 80 you'll notice the difference.

I think most people should use a secondary ranged weapon for melee classes. It will help ease the pain.

Play both and decide for yourself. What might be fun for me, might not be fun for you.

And unlike other mmo's where the investment requires you to spend $15.00 a month, this one you can simply stop playing for a year and then come back and keep playing.
