It's a good solid game, quite fun, GORGEOUS. If you were lucky (or unlucky) enough to get it on release via STEAM then you've probably noticed that it's got a few bugs, and well.. The copy of the game you downloaded was actually a mistakenly uploaded DEVELOPER copy of the game. Modders will have a field day with this.
There's a few patches to bring the game into shape, and despite it having some bugs it's a load of fun.
Not into the genre, but I heard about that dev copy thing. That's pretty crazy, how does a company just accidently release a dev copy of their game? It starts to make me think that most developers just don't give two cents about PC gamers, certainly not enough to take several seconds to double check they upload the right file to Steam. Then there are all those horrible console-to-pc ports like BlackOps...
Anyway, game itself looks pretty nice, but I'm not into horror games much. I tried 'Amnesia: The Dark Descent' once and it really messed with me haha. I suppose that just means mission accomplished for the indie team that made it, though.
