Not complaining. Its just something I noticed after putting on my latest piece of armor.
Level 4X.
Level 5X.
Level 6X.
And yes, the last two are taken back-to-back. The 50 one is actually not completely accurate since I scrapped the majority of the previous set. Just imagine that top with balloon pants on. She kinda looked like a belly-dancer.
And btw, the 6X armor is completely backless...
I'm assuming that my 70s armor is going to be lingerie and my 80 armor is made of floss.
Must be a light armor thing, I know Medium Armor is, generally, effectively a variety of trench coats. A few of my friends play female characters, but they're a ranger and a thief respectively and they have to go out of their way to keep their character from looking like Dick Tracy. Personally, on my Charr, I don't mind the trench coat look. However, there is always the possibility to purchase Guild Armor, if you want an idea of some of the nicer level 80 armor sets, you can always go chat up the Dungeon rewards merchants in the southern fortress of Lion's Arch.

Yeah, thankfully with basic trans stones and fine trans stones available easily for free, having the armor appearance you want isn't all that difficult. I have used several fine trans stones to get my character looking more like what I want him to, and when I had some spare gold I went ahead and took the plunge and bought some Guild armor to apply to my chest armor, no more trenchcoat and I'm sporting my guild symbol. I figured since I was the leader of my guild it was a good idea.

Most people where I live don't care about nudity at all. You can see full frontal nudity on free television in Australia and indeed much of Europe. There are a few countries where that's not the case, but they're the exception, not the rule.
It's funny how some countries are more concerned about nudity while others are more concerned about violence.
I'm not a country, I'm a person. And I'm concerned with both the over sexualization and objectification of women as well as concerned with violence. And this type of "armor" wouldn't bother me QUITE so much if it wasn't so one sided - as with almost every MMO out there the women are often clothed in half the armor that the men are, and showing (at least) twice as much skin.
I would happily play a Norn if I could wear a Mankini.
Also, I'd like my character to be capable of wearing a Mankini.
