Actually, as I rather like Indian food, I'm going to name my pets after my favourite dishes. Let's see...
I already have Methi Gosht and Raan. And so far, I have about 15 pets so that's quite the bunch of food to get through.
My last lover called me Goddess and a current one calls me Syn-a-bear. Pet names revealed!
