Apparently, the charr speak the same language as most other races in Tyria... which is generally called "common"... although they do have words/terms that are only used by their race.
They do have their own written language, with special symbols. In GW1 there are some quests that feature a 'charr battleplan decoder' to learn to understand some messages written in this charr symbol language:

Seriously though, I don't think A-Net has really given any race a specific language. Which is probably for the best since all of the races will need to speak english in order for anything to make sense.
It would be nice if we saw traces of made up languages here and there, though. It gives the feeling that there's a deeper culture there, and decrypting the language would always be fun for the fans that enjoy lore.
There are a lot of made-up written things in the game, but I doubt that there will be many spoken ones since that would be a lot more difficult (well not really, but more costly at least).
