Where is the exotic level 80 WvW vendor?

This gear exists in the game (I hope!) here's some of it on the DB:

But I can't find the vendor for it! I'm up to a couple hundred badges and I'd like to spend them on something other than saving them up for a legendary that looks like a plastic water pistol.

Is he in Stonemist? My server hasn't controlled Stonemist since we went into this 7 day campaign, so I haven't been able to go in to check. Or is it only from the vendor you get by upgrading the personnel line in keeps? I've found the vendors that sell the blues and greens invader gear, but can't find the exotic vendor!

Should be at the beginning (at least in the eternal BGs). There's a weapon and armor vendor in the building next to the siege master.

Its the same vendor who sell lvl 60 gear, you just need to be higher lvl and then he show you 80lvl gear.
