So I am guild master and have noticed that a few things seem to either be missing or just aren't available so I am looking for help, comments, or some basic advice on how others are handling these things.
So am I correct in realizing that I have absolutely no way of sending in game mail messages to all members of the guild? Does this seem crazy to anyone if it is correct? I would swear this one of the most basic things, communication guild wide. Yes we have a separate website with great messaging features. But as we have been doing a fair bit of in game recruiting not everyone is registered for the website and i think it would be just plain handy to be able to do something along the lines of sending guild wide message in game.
We have built our level one guild bank, but I don't really see a separate options/tab for depositing material, or a special material bank. I do understand that it is possible to place mats in each bank slot, but it seems counter intuitive as the the way mats are stored in you personal bank would seem to make a lot of sense in the guild bank. Is this something available in the larger bank or treasure trove builds?
Is there a simple mechanism to designate an individual bank item to be removed by a specific player and or can a player who deposits an item be allowed to withdraw that specific item without withdraw permissions? Generally speaking we do not allow everyone the right to remove items from the bank, and we have found the mail system to be highly unpredictable and unreliable hence the questions about controlling bank withdraw options.
Thanks in advance for any ideas/advice for how to handle these ideas.
