Hi icewyrm, welcome to these forums. You could try zigzag, who was offering his assistance as web tech guy a while back... I'm not sure if he's still available, but even if he isn't, he may be able to give you some advice...

I remember reading his post but I don't no whether my guild will be such a big hit so I don't want to get expectations up just yet I need to see were I'm at so I will no how much time I can set aside for guild activity hopefully there will be a lot of australian players maybe I should contact zig zag

Ofcourse there will be a lot of Australian players... this is Guild Wars 2 we're talking about!

If you're not sure if you will have enough time to spend on the guild, then I recommend either not starting on it at all (avoid disappointing a lot of guild members) or finding someone else who you can share guild leadership with and who will have time to take over when you're not there.

I no I have someone that will be co hosting but she keeps threatening me that she just wants to be a silent member I will ask zig zag after this post I just think how hard it is to get members

Some guilds will not agree with you about it being hard to get members
I've never led a guild myself, but I think the secret to getting members is creating a guild that people want to be in... just consider this: if there were a thousand active guilds for GW2, what things would you look for in a guild that could make your guild stand out, instead of just a needle in a haystack?

Oh, by the way... here you can find some updated info from zigzag!

Thanks for providing him with the updates Centaur. Perhaps it would be a good idea to remove that old thread regarding my offer as I would hate to confuse others.

Icewyrm, I am happy to assist where I can with anything on the technical end; if you need direction on free guid website utilities out there or want something a bit more customized. From that original posting Centaur mentioned I have actually already assisted a couple of others without actually joining their groups -- I certainly wouldn't mind helping with you. Feel free to PM me. However, I have to echo what Centaur mentioned about not getting ahead of yourself if you're not sure you have the time. Even with others who are interested in sharing leadership responsibilities, more times than not, it really comes down to how much you are willing to put into your group; it's a rather hefty responsibility.

    Regardless, best of luck.

Good luck guys! All I can say as a former guildmaster is that you will find it more rewarding basing recruitment off of friendly/fun personalities instead of level/gear. While this won't be such an issue with GW2, you can always gear up cool peeps. There's nothing you can do about people with junk personalities.
