Because this isn't the year 3174 and I am not a liger. You have entered a world where the reality is a projection of a human named Samuel. Centuries ago, Samuel came into the world gifted with unimmaginable powers. He created a world, which he singlehandedly sustains, by the sheer power of his will.

War, poverty, herpes and most other plagues of this world were eradicated almost over night. A period of unprescedented peace and prosperity followed...until Samuel fell ill and the very fabric of existence of this world now hangs in the balance. All we were given by him was a cryptic message "2012, robin, kitten with a keyboard, only hope"; and so I have brought you here.

We are about to meet Samuel, the first for us both, and I hope we will get more guidance then. Do not be afraid, and do not look straight into his eyes. Or his junk...try to keep it around the belly button area if you can.

    > An elaborate gate behings to open, and though it doesn't seem old, it clearly shows signs of decay; we step inside
What is with that gate? Don't you have maintenance staff in this place? And look at all those weeds! My gardener, Juan, does a very good job and he is quite affordable. He doesn't really speak English though. I just point at things and act out what I want him to do. I was naked when I did that once. You should have seen the look on his face! And he didn't do a very good job of jumping up to kill that spider either! <holds out two pills>Do you want these back now?

The world is full of pain and sorrow.
Life is fleeting and true moments of joy are few and far between.
Happiness is laced with shards of pain.

Our gardener Amal has been on sick leave and unable to tend his duties. He's a distant relative of Juan's but by strange concidence looks very similar to him. So even if you don't meet him, once you've seen Juan, you've seen Amal.

But I must say, you wondering about the state of maintenance at this troublesome time does not inspire confidence. I hope Samuel was right in chosing you. Bring your keyboard, I have a feeling you will need it.

As we approach him, you notice that his naval is quite extraordinary. But just then you quickly glance at his junk, even though I had warned you. Expecting divine retribution at any moment, I feel butterflies in my stomac, but then remember that's just Amal's mothers leftover bean soup acting up. Moments pass but nothing happens, you must be special indeed.

    >Finally, we are close enough and Sam faces us and says...

Would you like a burrito? Never mind, Rosa, Amal's sister is pregnant again, and we don't have a replacement cook. Do you have that keyboard? Mine broke and I am stuck on level 43 of Lode Runner. Quality just isn't what it used to be.

<Robin pulls the portable wireless keyboard for her iPad out of her purse and offers it to Samuel>

Load Runner"?!?!?!? I exclaim, throughly exasparated. This is why I took on my perilous journey? The world wasnt in trouble, you were just bored AND you suck at videogames? In a moment that I may have regreted later, had I lived, I pulled out my Throat Puncher 3000 (patent pending) and delivered the most vicious throat punch known to man and liger alike; showing Samuel just what a colossal bad of deuche like material he is. But being a vengeful demi god, he smote me an instant later, popping his colar, as only a god level deuche could. Thus ends the tale of Bokiz, the futuristic liger with slight anger issues.

Oh yeah, robin and I TOTALLY got to second base at some point in the story.

    The end.

Robin briefly mourns Bokiz, but reflecting back on his stubble and rancid tuna fish breath, happily helps Samuel get to level 44 of Lode Runner.
