My guild age range is 35 to 58. GW2 definitely brings in people from all ages and social ranks. I know someone who plays who makes a 6 figure income.
You mean 7 figures? 6 figure income is 100k...plenty people make that.
ETA: I didn't mean for that sound elitist...I don't make 6 figures but I know plenty of people that do.

They are talking about yearly income. If you only make a total of $9,999 a year, that's definitely not enough to live on.
I'm fully aware that they're talking annually, and it IS enough to live on, thanks to the fact that I'm under the taxable minimum income and thus don't have to pay state or federal taxes... but still, its not exactly fun... but such are the sacrifices you make for family.
