    Forgot Password

    I purchased GW2 when it came out, and my graphics card wasn't enough to run it (ran slowly, had integrated graphics). Now that I have a new PSU and GPU, I could easily run it, the only problem is.. I don't remember my account information. The account recovery includes putting a name of a character on the account, which I don't remember.. What do I do? Thanks.. lol

    If you forgot your password and your character, then you will have to create a support ticket (https://support.guildwars2.com), explain the situation and wait for their reply... they will probably ask you a couple of questions to prove that you are indeed the account owner, to avoid account hacking.
