I know I hate them, lol. But I think ANet should suppend the cost to travel if you die in a jumping puzzle. I am trying Loreclaw Expanse (again) I go in with aprox 1 gold (hard earned) I go in sorta nude, i am getting armor dmg from the fire and boulders dropping ( the sorta nude thing). Thats as far as I have made it so far. But to travel after i die it costs 1s34c to get to a waypoint to try and die again. I did Chaos crystal cavern last nite, took me 4 1/2 hours to complete, but didn't cost a thing : )
This is my 6th try, how do they think someone would try to farm these?
The cost of waypoints is pretty annoying. My friend went through like 20 silver while doing Goemm's Lab, but then again, he just sucks at jumping puzzles. xD
Slightly off-topic: Does anybody know where there are puzzles as complex/long as Goemm's Lab? I really like them, actually.
I usually can't judge the jumps, am doing Branded mine atm, fell near 6 times and still on the beginning beams, lol, not complaining about this. OK I suck at jumping : )

No, i only can get the 1st key in the normal wvw dungeons, the jumping is a major drawback for me there to get 2nd key. Someone said in 1 of my posts, that we have a center, lol, I havn't found mine yet. No dmg from falls, it's the npc's or elements dropping on me, lol in the puzzles
Oh yes... These. These are so anger-worthy. Having to do these jumping puzzles and worrying about all these factors such as lava made me so angry! But, as one said earlier, going nude was the best solution. However, what you want to do is just keep a focused sight. It'll get frustrating at times, but having your goal in mind, and not getting angry over something is the best way to achieve what you want to achieve.
There are not enough jumping puzzles around. The WvW eternal battleground one was the only one that fully satisfied me. The others are still fun, but too short! Oh, big pro tip: Never do jumping puzzles alone. Always do it with someone else, I never pay for waypoints.
Deposit all money in your bank. If you die, ANet still allows you to use Waypoints costing nothing if you don't have any money. Not completely sure if ANet would then force you to a specific Waypoint or if it automatically would take it out of your bank, but it's worth a try.
