How much of the donation is going towards that? Are you planing to make an income out of this?

How do you prove the video/picture is actually from the well that your money bought? Are you going to notarize it or otherwise have a sort of official seal? The idea certainly sounds interesting, I've thought about that a lot of times myself and it is actually the main reason why I'm not interested in charity donations of any sort. I'm curious about your answers to these questions.
Yeah there are many issues I've come into contact with already, Just to clear things up:
    - It is not a charity i'm setting up, and it can be run from home.
    - I'm almost acting as a middleman, linking donator to end result, rather than donator to charity to end result. Obviously I'l deal with the charity and therefore: I will only take charities projects that can prove and show where the money goes, i.e if they need £200 to stay in their premises I would ask for proof.
    - It is non profit, infact i'm sure I would loose alot of money.

There are many other ideas I have aswell but thanks for your feedback, it will be a tough project.

I wouldn't donate to such a project then. Sounds fishy to me. Sorry.

I'll elaborate even... instead of me -> charity -> result, you suggest I use this chain -> me -> middleman -> charity -> result. There's no need for you as a middleman. And it's one more link in the chain where money can disappear. The concept doesn't improve anything.

Actually Lagger, I don't see that as a problem. Adding a moderation link to the chain, if they are a trustworthy and strong link, will strengthen it as a whole. Yes, it is another way money can disappear, but that's the exact opposite of what Kyra wants to do. If they've proven themselves to be trustworthy with money and communication then why not?

Adding too many links will complicate the issue, but adding one strong and effective link could help.

I will only send you money if you can verify that my money taught a destitute American Kitten to play the tuba.

Not in my book. I'm not trusting anyone who tells me they want to moderate a charity line. I don't trust charities, why would I trust someone who says they're doing the trusting for me? My problem is proof. And someone else in the link isn't going to change that. What do I care for photos and stuff, I could grab you a ton of photos off the web right now, if you like. I'm too cynical about humanity to say this is legit. Don't panic pretty much sums up what I think about this in the post below yours.

And none of my questions has remotely been addressed to my satisfaction. Not that my approval counts for anything, but this is just the beginning of what needs to be addressed. Someone who can't answer those questions isn't serious about international charity work. Not even as a middleman. What about taxes? There is more legal stuff involved in charity than the average Joe thinks. You don't just go up and say "Hi, I'm giving you photos for $200 bucks, all legit, honest!". Sorry.

I don't donate to charity because, all my extra money goes to my kitten or to random things like Skyrim DLC. But if I started to, this is the kind of organization I would look into.
