Dungeons and Levels needed?

Totally new to GW2 and working on my Human necromancer (upto Level 21) at what level should i be looking to go into a Dungeon? and what Dungeons are there?

Ps.. I have seen a few Youtube videos for the As catacombs and have found that you have to be 30+ to attempt that one with a group, what about the others?

Q2. As mentioned i am Lev21, when will i get some decent looking armour? at the moment my armour looks terrible compared to some of the amazing caster gear i see on other peoples characters :-(

There's also a list of all the zones and all the dungeons in the game in this thread. The lowest level dungeon is indeed 30, so you still have a bit to go. And the higher level you are before you enter these dungeons, the easier your first time will be (though even then, expect to die a lot on your first run... dungeons are considerably more difficult than the zones you're running through now).

As for armor... there is a little bit of variety in armor over the various levels, but you won't see any of the really nice looking sets until you're at least level 60 (several sets even require level 80). See this page for a full list of all the available armor sets.

I made level 80 and was in all level 80 crafted exotic armor and weapons with best runes and sigils before I stepped foot in a dungeon.

In addition to what Centaur said you will get an in game mail when you reach the lvl of a dungeon and it will have a "Show Me" botton in it that will take you to the place on the map where it is so if you haven't found it yet you will know where you have to go for it.
