I am a totally new MMO player never having played an online game before, used to be in Second Life as a creator for many years and gave that up to just have some fun. I have been in GW2 for about a month and am on lvl 53, probably pretty bad for most of you after a month of play, BUT I am hoping to find a nice and friendly guild that will accept that I am not a hardcore gamer YET lol

I am looking for a guild that is more PvE based. I am not opposed to playing world vs world or PVP, but I would really like to fully explore before I hit that type of play. I am getting bored of fighting in events and stuff all by myself and no real interaction. I have been invited, and joined a few guilds since playing, but most are quiet in chat or offer no real fun, or just have 1-2 people online.

Specifically, I am looking for a guild of mature adults that do not feel the need for trolling or slurring others, that gets boring really fast! Also, a guild that likes to join in on stuff and help one another.

We are a very active social guild of players from all over the world who have been playing together for years. We aren't the type of people to give up easily and call it "quits" by throwing in the towel. We won't tolerate PvP tea parties or dungeon mega-NAPs; we play on our own terms, and we have fun doing it.This is not a guild where you'll log in and nothing's going on. Due our large community and the high offer of content, alot of things needs to be done. We occasionally add careers inside our crew which helps you develop skills you can apply in real life aswell.

As we have mentioned before, we have alot of content circling around inguild. We have the typical Guild Events customized by our members and our members needs. A large forum with dozends of sections and topics where you can discuss, talk and spam the area. The forum has alot of features to play around with, to keep forum posting interesting. Not to mention our very own Guild Bar called TeamSpeak where our members reside. Also our website who gets a weekly update to stay ahead of any other guild providing the best content a player and member needs to know. If you are still looking for a guild, I would like to suggest The Omega Order on the Sanctum of Rall server. We are laid-back, casual, and social, but we are still a small guild. To my current knowledge, we have a mixed set of members on PST and CST zones, and participate in dungeons, WvW, cartography, and general randomness. I myself am a 54 mesmer and my partner is a 52 guardian after a month of play, so no worries about your level.

Our guild isn't active 24/7 since we emphasize the casual aspect of gaming, but we do socialize a lot when we are online and are always willing to assist others in the game. We are mature players who occasionally joke but always keep it professional; you won't find "xbox live" conversations going on with us.

If you aren't looking to change servers at all, do at least keep us mind for questing/exploration. At some point, hopefully sooner rather than later, the server guesting option will implemented and we can play with you on the Blackgate server.

The Order of the Silver Dragons (OSD) are a long-standing multi-wing gaming community that was founded in 2006, and exists well beyond any one game, being involved in many gaming environments.

What makes the OSD unique is their ongoing commitment to mature interactions, their proud display of civility and concern, their desire for adventure and their healthy placement of value on individual effort and communications. They are known across many gaming servers for taking the high road when situations arise, and they pride themselves in the knowledge that they will always strive to help others.
