100% World Map Completion

I've looked all over for the answer to this question, but I'm just not finding it for some reason. I can't seem to reach a section of my Dredgehaunt Cliffs map. It's the painted area just above Ulukk's Hunger. There is an equipment repair person in there, but I have looked all over and can't find the entrance to this part of the caves. I've been told by others to check in the skitt cave for an entrance to it and I have exhausted every part of that cave and just don't see a way to get that far north.

Could someone with their maps done please tell me how to access this area? Thanks so much.

*above* Ulukk's Hunger? I don't think there is anything there on the Dredgehaunt Cliffs map. Are you sure you're not looking at a section of Hoelbrak?

Yeah, the area is above and slightly west of Ulukk's Hunger. There's an equipment repair icon in that painted area, but I can't figure out how to get to him to open that part.

Check on GW2 wiki maps to see what you are missing and if it is available.

Well I have 100% on that map on my mesmer, but don't remember exactly how I got into that area. I believe there are 2 caves on the east part of the map. 1 skritt, that goes into the southern mountains another north along the edge there that goes into Ulukk's Hunger, I think through there is where you find the rest of whats in the map you are looking for.

Are you missing a POI?

Thanks for the responses. I'm not missing a POI, just the white words for the area and having that part opened up. The way it's painted in on my map rather than cleared makes it look like an unexplored section and there must be some way to access that equipment repair person.

Every map I've found online for the zone simply shows everything needed for 100% map completion for that specific zone, which I already have, as opposed to having all the areas simply opened up. Not everything in a zone is needed for the map completion, but I like to have all painted areas opened up if I can. Also, I know that some areas not required for the map completion ARE required for the larger world completion achievement.

That's the new mini-dungeon added with the halloween update. If you WP to wyrmblood lake, you'll see some ruins with a portal. Go through that portal to discover that part of the area.
I don't think it adds up to the Shiverpeak explorer achievement though.
