I'm not 100% sure that PSU is of good quality. I don't know its bad but not sure it is good. It is important to get it right as an AMD can see some terrific performance for the dollar if you overclock. If you arent' ready to overclock just yet, you should ready yourself for it later.

next: mobo to build price is off. The mobo is too expensive! Correct me if I am wrong, you are going to use the on chip graphics correct? Consider this:

Next some cooling for overclocking (immediately or later) With the motherboard savings

I've read that fast RAM speeds REALLY help APU graphic performance, and you should read up on this to figure out what exactly to get. Do a little research on that.

Well eventually I was planning on getting a graphics card later on down the road, probably half a year or a couple of months later. Also with the motherboard I picked I get 8 GB ( 4GB x 2 ) Ram c:
About the PSU, I could have sword it was Bronze certifiedbut it's not, good catch!
Down the line I should probably Overclock, but right now I kind of want to focus on Indie games for video content and then play GW2 for fun c:
I really dislike the corsair cx series power supplies their not made by seasonic like most of their lines.(thats why you can buy the cx430 for like $16 after rebates)
The above posters motherboard requires a BIOS flash probably not good for you to try.
I guess your buying the MB you picked for the free memory the 1600GHz ram is not the best that the processor (APU) can use without overclocking 1866 is. Better deal on the processor, better memory, and a PSU that I have used alot of times.

Waiting to OC is no problem, but putting a heat sink on more than once is a pain in the ass/waste of time. You should install that cooler I linked from the very beginning. It is very quiet (and large) and will be useful to you whether you OC or not. You've only spent $30 more if not. I forgot you will want some good thermal paste too. So $37
You should definitely do some research on the fastest possible RAM combination to make best use of your GPU.
