Wow I haven't seen the "you win with logic and I have nothing else to say because facts hurt my head" response veiled as "cool beans bro" in years... To tell you the truth, I'm just glad the "cool story bro" thing has finally died. "cool beans bro" is more early 90s still grasping the 80s lingo and it is much more preferred than the "cool story bro" that seems to be a product of the 2000s internet punk mentality.

Aahh I loved "That 70's Show". Borrowing witticism from T.V. shows aside I was not mistaking "cool beans bro" with a weakness or a kindness, I saw it for what it was. An immature attempt to save some face with a sarcastic retreat from a failed opinion.

I must say, the gracious thing for me to do would have been to allow it and move along, but I'm an ass and bored at work...

I have little faith in our political system. Boki and my disagreement was over the reasons some things were initially enacted and I took on the daunting task of trying to point out that he was talking about two different things.

Having say in our politics had little to do with the discussion it was just a matter of defining the stated role of the electoral process, that really can't be debated as it is, you know, stated...

I have experienced a lot of people in my personal and professional life that just have no understanding of what the electoral process is. If you agree in it or not really doesn't matter if you prove your ignorance in what it is/does in the first place.

I DONT LIKE BANANA'S BECAUSE THEY ARE BLUE! Really doesn't leave much room for debate until the person understand what a banana really is...

I agree with everything you are saying here. However, once you reach a point where you realize that no matter what you say, the other person is not going to see your point, you are better off just moving on. Life is too short...
