I am contemplating buying the game... systemrequirementslab said "I don't have the minimum graphics card, but i have the right "attributes"

I agree with Mayito. That is an older integrated card, I don't think it would run the game.

Looked on site to compare your card with mine. Shows 104 for yours. 513 for mine. I play on high for everything but medium shadow no aa. I have Intel HD 4000 and get consistant 25 fps. So even on low your not going to do so well. Not to mention this game is meant to look gorgeous. All in all this game is very optimized for what it looks like. Your computer though is a bit to old. Save the cash until you can get a card. Heck any 50 dolor card will run this game considering I'm using laptop integrated graphics at 25 fps.
