In principle that should run the game pretty well, so long as Windows 8 supports it; I have Windows 7, an i7 instead of an i5, more and faster RAM, a Z77 motherboard and more hard drive space, but none of those things should make a great difference to gameplay. Of course with an OEM system you can't be 100% sure of the quality of the parts, but unless they're doing something stupid like underclocking the GPU or fitting it with 64-bit RAM instead of 128-bit it shouldn't be a problem.
