Razer Synapse

I have been having many problems with razer synapse from the start. I have it kinda of working with temperamental issues, meaning I disconnect from the internet to make the program work, I think the issue mainly is in the connection with the program to their server and when it is not connected the program seems to work fine.

Has anyone else had these problems with razer products specifically the synapse software that has recently come out? I am at the point where I want to switch from razer gaming products to something else. What are you using to game on the PC? I want an mmo mouse similar to the naga epci which has the 1 through "=" keys on the side and a keyboard with some macros.

I've tried the Razor Elite and Synapse. I didn't have a problem with the software, but it pales in comparison to the Logitech version in most areas and the the flat buttons on the Razor do not compare to the buttons on the Logitech G600, where each button has a different shape for easy detection.
