If you want to post screenshots, just upload them to for example http://tinypic.com/ and then post the forum links provided by that site here.

And yes, if you buy a new gaming PC that can run the game above the lowest settings (even at medium), then you will see improvements from that video. The higher settings you are able to run the game at, the more details will become visible. See for example this comparison on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONCteCH0QOg

Believe me, the game can definitely look much better than that. I know you're on a tight budget, so I won't assume that you will be able to run everything at max on your new system, but yes, you should definitely be able to see improvements from your current situation.

generally on gpus the first number is the generation the second number is the model tier (higher the better) and the third ummm... I forget, kind of a submodel I think. One thing to remember is the generation numbers don't always go in order and sometimes a company has more than 1 generation active at the same time either for high preformance and low preformance or laptop/desktop.

Lowest Settings make this game look like "The most successful Traditional MMO"

    Intel i7-3770 (3.40 GHz) - 16 GB RAM (1600 MHz) - 256 GB OCZ Vertex 4 SSD - MSI nVidia GeForce GTX 670 2GB - Logitech G510 & G700
