I think that makes her somebody that doesn't want to have a slower run or a harder run than necessary. If you haven't run any dungeons, you shouldn't expect to join a super experienced team of PUGS. Why should they take you over some person that's run that dungeon 20 times? It doesn't make sense. (note I don't do dungeons)

If you want to start out, joing a guild, or try making your own group, do some reserach online for to fight the bosse and then struggle through it for a while like most people did. And become experienced. Why is requiring a certain level of experience and skill elitist? I'm fine with it. You still have options. Some things have to be struggled thorugh.

I don't mind playing with bad players that are friends. The general community however, when I jump into a pug for an explorable and someone doesn't know what to do it's just a waste of time. But that's the gamble you take when you pug things. When the difference between a good run and a bad run is 30 minutes to 2 hours, people are going to get mad.

I'm not saying I endorse elitism by any means. I prefer not to boot people even if they suck and they're dragging us down, since again, pugging is a gamble. But when people do it, I can't really blame them for it.

I've see people get replaced for not knowing what to do more in this game than I've ever seen in any MMO. Lately this has decreased because there aren't that many people running dungeons anymore so it's not like you can kick someone and guarantee an immediate replacement. But it's not the games "philosophy" that changed it.

I understand what you two are saying, but until GW2 creates a better way for PUG it is going to be hard and many hard feelings will be created in the process.

Mayito, this is GUILD wars II, have you considered joining a guild? It will make finding a dungeon group much easier. And other content as well.

That sucks. Maybe it's time to switch guilds...Im actually switching right now. (due to hurrixane, there's been some delays) From a very inactive WvW guild to a one that's super active. Just a suggestion.

That is what I am thinking also. Maybe even changing servers.

Jade Quarry is one of the more "hardcore" servers, so to speak. You might want to jump on Tarnished Coast or even a lower pop server. People there are less critical.

why do you think that I am the guy who is not hardcore? I am hardcore but not an elitist, I love to help new players who never have done a dungeon, teach them the ropes and how to do things in a way that they in the future can do the same for others.
