    Feeling really dumb.

Okay, I figured out how to send collectibles off to the bank or wherever, but I have no idea how or where in the Norn starting area to put items in the bank for other characters. Aren't you able to do it at a crafting place or something? I feel really stupid lol and confused.

I thought this would be the best place to put this, but if it needs to go somewhere else I apologize and would appreciate a Mod moving it if need be.

    Dazed and Confused,

Yes, they will be available to you at all crafting stations.

i don't know much about the Norn area, but most areas theres a main city. somewhere in the main city there should be crafting stations and a bank keeper. on the map the bankers look like a small gold circle with a brown loot back on it. the crafting stations have icons matching the type of station.
for example i think armor smith shows a small iron helm, while weaponsmith shows crossed weapons.

if that doesnt help there are maps out there you can use to try and find your way around just searching guild wars 2 and maps or cartographer should pull something up.

There are little icons on the map indicating the area. You could just use Lion's Arch though as all characters can port there via the WvW or the Mists.

I can't remember the closest waypoint off the top of my head. I'm at work right now. If you open up your map it'll show you. Look for these icons:

There isn't one in the first part of the Norn Starting area, although one of the towns that you reach once you are about level 8 - 10 (in the snowy bit) has at least an armory crafting point. The best bet is to go in to the main Norn city, (holbrok or something like that) Straight through the gate and straight ahead then up a level and you are in the main crafting area, (I'm not good at remembering directions, but its something like that) above that are the actual bank and trading post points. Once you are in the city check your map, you might have to flick through the levels, and you will find all the crafting points etc mark on it as a guide.

I'll also mention that you can use a crafting point for a skill you don't have just to access the bank, so even if you have cooking and tailor, you can use the armory crafting point to access your things.

They have also made it so that you don't need to take materials out of you bank to do crafting it happens automatically, just remember to put things you have made back in the bank.

Yep, and to get into Hoelbrak it's the portal right behind where the game dropped you after your tutorial.
