Account banned permanently

I logged in one day and This message popped out.

''Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated for modifying or tampering with the game, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. This action is permanent. ''

Error Code : 45:6:3:2114

I haven't done anything and my account has been banned. Can someone explain to me why? Can an admin please help me?

This is a fan forum, you're going to want to contact a-net. If you didn't do anything wrong then odds are your account was hacked and someone else did some botting or gold selling our something. Good luck.

Go to the official site: https://www.guildwars2.com/en/ and click up top there where it says Services, and then Support.

It sucks your account was hacked or whatever happened. I hope you are able to get it straightened out.

As pointed out, we're a community forum, so we won't be able to answer that question. And you probably won't get an answer on the official forum either. The only way to get any information about why your account was terminated (and if perhaps you weren't careful enough and if it's possible that it got hacked, in which case there is a chance that you can get it back) is by creating a support ticket, on the link that StacyX provided. I hope you manage to sort this out.
