If you bought it directly from their website (ie. from the link that Ruse posted and that was mentioned in the reply in your OP), with an authorized creditcard, then I recommend that you follow-up on that support ticket and provide all the payment information that you can to prove that your transaction was genuine and not made with stolen credentials.
Apparently they somehow believe that the credit card you used was stolen... it's possible that the payment was flagged by your credit card company or something like that. Just make sure that both your credit card company and ArenaNet are made aware that your purchase was in fact genuine and ensure that ArenaNet did actually receive the money (ie. that the credit card company didn't reverse the payment).
Then you should be able to get your account back.
