If its not going to be rare and easy to get why introduce it? If everyone will get it in a week, what the heck was the point of it all anyway? That's certainly not going to keep the people who need the grind and a goal happy. Its not making the anti gear creep people happy. If it isn't rare, then it actually MORE nonsensical.

Dunno about you guys, but that looks like standard item progression to me.

If they downgraded Ascended loot to exotic when outside of the Fractal that would be fine, but I don't think they'll be doing that.
I hope that it isn't just dungeon gear grinds, I don't really like dungeons, although I haven't done a GW one yet so they might be different, but I doubt it. As long as the new gear is available through crafting or currency then I don't mind, I certainly won't be quitting the game over it or having a tantrum and throwing teddy out of the pram, but as in WoW I will just accept that as a non dungeoneer I am classed as a second class citizen if that's the only way to get the best gear.
So let's shift this back to Lost Shores discussion. I'm excited for it. Can't wait to fight this new race and see this new texture they've added for the shells. I'm not a big sea food guy.. but I'm ready to cook up some shell people!
