    Can someone help me find...

... this point of interest? I'm sure its probably stupid simple (much of Lion's Arch's map has proven to be so, lol), but I've spent far longer than I care to admit looking for a way around to this final point for the map completion, so any help would be much appreciated.

Follow the waterline to the south of the bank, one of the gratings there is broken and will allow you entrance to the sewers. Go in, take a right turn, and you'll end up at that PoI

I wound up there accidentally once, trying to find something else.

Well, now I've got all the base cities completed except for the Charr's Black Citadel... I can't make heads or tails of it (thanks in no small part to the lack of a diamond grid on the map telling me what levels everything is on), and so I've got very little there. Well, I have all but one waypoint, but the rest of my progress therein is minimal.

Of course, I was only really doing all this to level up, since it was easy experience, and I hit my goal before even entering the Asuran city, so I'm good. I'll figure out the Charr city some other time... maybe... probably... eventually... I think.

Yeah, I've not figured out the Charr city either. It's very confusing. Definitely my least favorite city. I always feel dirty walking around it too, like I need a tetanus shot after. heheh

Yeah, the Black Citadel is confusing, as several of the PoI's are in instances, and you need to take elevators for some of the waypoints/vistas. But by now I've done it often enough to know my way around that city, so if you're missing any particular waypoint, just post a screenshot of that part of the map, and I will tell you how to get there.

Thanks, Centaur. I appreciate it. I'll figure the city out ...eventually. I'll have to, or I won't get my 100% map completion. heh Right now I'm almost lv 80 and only have 40% map ..I'm so behind.

That's the Imperator's Waypoint. Enter the circular room that has its entrance near that blue helmet to the southeast of your yellow square. Then go up the circular stairs all the way to the top. The waypoint should trigger once you reach the top. At the top, don't forget to enter all (3) of the instances to get several PoI's.
