The game has an incredible character creation screen where you get to choose your hair color... and not have this fake "choice" between the same boring natural hair colors. You could customize every little detail, including even nose width and length! The hair color selection isn't from a presorted set of colors, but is actually on a spectrum (Woot! ) and we get to customize, in every sense of the word practically, our very own 3D anime character. Sure hair styles and outfits are preset, but they're really cool, and the cash shop looks promising for additional items.

I don't play female characters in games but this was just using the character creator for testing just to show the options available:

And from what I'm told use an X-Box controller for this game, since mouse buttons should be used for movement while keyboard buttons should be used for abilities (A for autoattack if you don't have a Razer Naga), so a controller would mitigate the poor control layout.

Yay, now I get to repost my video. I love this game, I don't think I'll be playing on the english servers though. Perfectly content with the one I'm on now.

I'm treating my time on the Japanese servers as a beta and getting use to the Razer Onza controls, I'll probably go to English servers if they don't seriously water down gameplay and features. I love that song by the way!

From what I'm hearing a game controller will be optimal. It's like how DCUO is only fun with an X-Box controller (and rifle and gadgets =) since many make the mistake of going keyboard and mouse, which may be optimal for WoW and GW2 but not mouse buttons = ability games.

I use the razor naga, worked fine for dcuo before that game went down the crapper.

Actually, it's still mostly preference. Rangers/Gunners and Sages will always be better with keyboard+mouse as they actually have to aim shots.

I prefer keyboard+mouse on my hunter, but I overhauled the keybindings in such a way that no controller would ever help. Essentially it allows me to use 5 different photon arts without having them set up with the combo system so I can change between them at will and chain them together however I need to instead of having to rotate through several different attacks to get to new ones in a specific order.
