These dungeons are amazing. I ran through a successful T1 run with my guild. We all had a good time.

We had 2 different times where someone died and we needed their corpse revived somehow (similar to what was said above about the cursed hammer). Our solution was that everyone in the party kills themselves. It just puts the whole party back at the last checkpoint and the problem is fixed.

These dungeons are so good it makes me wonder how people can still find it in themselves to complain about the latest patch here.

Another crash during the event in the new map and now cant event enter the game and play. Say goodbye to the chest and the items. I have no words for the frustration and the crap this game is during this days.

This is starting to sound like a PC issue.

I love the fractals. I do not love the PUG groups I need to make to run them though.. sigh.

I have not been DC'd once from the Fractals and I've finished like 6 of them and have not finished a few more.

I love all the puzzle elements to the battles as well as the battles themselves and the themes of them all. It's really a fun dungeon. I just really wish I didn't have to PUG them lol. Any Guilds on Fort Aspenwood want a new member?

    Good idea with the Fractuals...

Overall they are well done with some problems that need to be corrected before they cause too much unhappiness and more player departures. The issues do, in my very humbler opinion, out-weigh the positives:

    1. Connection issues. I get dropped a bunch more times (1 out of 4 groups) then in the other dungeons.
    2. Tier based on repeat of content? I'm sorry but difficulty seems static or almost static through the tier levels so why on earth do you have a tiering system which only increases rewards level for repeating content with possibly a tiny increase in difficulty? This leads to people that can't be Tier 11+ by now being left out in the cold.. no groups.. no fun.. watching their watches as they sit in Lion's Arch. Not good.
    3. Why are we playing with jumping puzzles in this game so much? Not sure I get it.

It's probably not. Lots of people had issues with disconnecting around the last event. Of course it was server issues, they'd crammed everyone into a single area. It was inevitable, though.

Fractals of the Mists is some of the best PvE content I've ever done. I wanted raid content in GW2 (or at least some sort of equivalent) and Fractals does it nicely. The content is actually challenging, and the dungeons are extremely imaginative. I love immersion, and I love the minimalist design of the story in the dungeons - giving you an idea through the aesthetics of the place. It's brilliant and very much in keeping with their overall design.

Of course, I've had d/c issues in the Fractals (I'd love to complete it as a five man just once!) but they're working on a fix so that's that. Seriously impressed with this - I want to see more!

Seems the disconnect problems aren't universal though. One guy in my guild was disconnected a bunch of times, where the other four guys never got disconnected at all. Then we had another group and another guy was getting disconnected, but I never had.

Which is different from the event, when I disconnected at least three or four times. But never in the Fractals.

I love these fractals. I'm starting to get upset with the PUGs though. Last night I tried to run lvl 1 fractals.. and I have a 5 man PUG stick together for 3 dungeons in a row... ugh. I went in 4 times to attempt lvl 1 and the furthest we got was completing just 1 of the three and that was a 4 man every time because someone DC'd..

Question with the fractals too. Do you have to be with the same party and do 2 sets of 3 together in order to fight the boss? Or is it just the even lvl number that does it?
