Server Transfer - Guild upgrades lost

I just recently changed world servers, and all my guild upgrades are gone... Are guild upgrades like the "guild bank" connected to the server?

even if all the members in that guild transfers over servers, do we still not keep any of those upgrades??

what happens if we head back to the server we were at, the server where we upgraded all those guild things, do we get them back?

is there a limit as to how often someone can switch servers? is there a minimum time limit before someone can change again?

Yes, all guild upgrades are server bound, if you change to a different server (even if all guild members change to a different server) you have to start from scratch. If you go back to your original server, the upgrades will still be there and will become available to you again.

And yes, right now switching servers is limited to once every 7 days.
