I have a fairly new mac running Mac OS X V 10.7.5 and have been playing the beta version of gw2 since it came out. Recently I had a power outage whilst playing, and now I can no longer get into the character screen. I can log in, but when I click play the screen doesn't maximise and just has a blank white screen. I dont want to re download the whole game if possible. Please help.
