Is there an option where i can edit my guild name? and or edit that name in brackets, the [xxx] next to your guild name? can i edit any of those after ive already created the guild? or is it pretty much locked in?

As far as I know, Guild names are completely locked in. There may later be a way to change them but it doesn't exist yet.
