Of course it's the minority complaining. But that's also true for those praising. Anybody who bothers to post on a forum is part of a tiny minority anyway. Most people just don't do that. Many people who dislike something, just drop it, because it's not worth the effort to rant about it to them. Only those who are disappointed enough, rant about a thing. And on the other side are those happy enough to bother even responding to rants or criticism. But both are part of maybe 3% of the playerbase that would even think of posting something on a forum.

Well as you can see from what I have posted, I post if I agree or disagree strongly enough, whether that is supporting a post or disagreeing with a post. Other than that I play the game. There is nothing at all that really bugs me enough to have a rant. But I have been around forums long enough to know that if people are ranting, then they are a minority that have a point to make. The other 90% are playing and enjoying themselves. I have never let disgruntled players put me off a game, or from buying a game. I judge the game on its own merits, not what someone put on Metacritic or Amazon and gave unrealistic scores just because they suddenly didn't like the latest patch.

And you wonder why people have turned against you. It's not your views, it's your over all attitude. If you offend people, clearly they'll turn against you.

I'd not have posted if I saw this response first. I agree Jim. I have respect for you, but I disagree. Why can't people just argue on points, instead of trying to make things personal?
But wasting peoples time in a shop for your own personal and strange amusement is ok? Posting it on the internet and someone saying its a shit thing to do, and?

Stop all your 1 sided bullshit, it is extremely boring.

Have you worked a minimum wage type job in a store floor before? I have for a few years. Somebody that comes in angry or hateful or drunk or on drugs and causes problems will really make it a shitty day at work. A crazy lady being silly will actualyl LIGHTEN up your day because its harmless, breaks up the day withsomething weird and then everyone will talk about it and laugh about it (and maybe about the person too) and it'll be something that makes the day go by faster and better. I think you're looking for an excuse to be mean to someone on the internet. As it seems thats your MO.

I am sorry but that again is complete rubbish.

I know plenty of extremely busy shop workers who would not take kindly to someone winding them up when they have things to do and targets to meet.

And being horrible to people, no not really my intention at all.

Actually, if I'm annoying you, I'm quite content. It's certainly not an incentive for me to stop. Maybe if you were a bit less abrasive, it would be different. Aside from that, I have no idea what you're talking about.

So the answer is - no you haven't worked at those jobs. While I have (and therefore know more people that you do that have as well) Robin explained she does it in a way not annoying to the staff. I explained how it is from the employees side. You say it's rubbish, because somhow your opinion on something you didn't see or generally have first hand experience with is the way things must work. You know how a forum full of people seem to take issue with the conent/nature of your posts...does it even for a moment cross your mind that "hey maybe its me?". No, don't answer that, I already know the answer.

I agree, it's that sorta thing that makes your day and makes you forget that the whole retail experience now is targets and not customer service. The reason I got out of it.
