Hello people!

I've been haunting the forums for a bit so I thought it was high time I joined them. Not because I want to moan about GW2 but because I'm actually playing it much more now than when it first came out.

I'm in a guild, veteran MMO and FPS player and clocked up loads of hours in GW. Currently playing PvE and not rushing into anything, I'm just enjoying the game progression. I will reach Orr someday soon once I stop enjoying The Straights of Devastation quest lines.

Not really one for farming - I'll leave that to others, I like a good quest with a group of friends. Still not done any dungeons but as my main alt is at 87% completion, that will be coming soon. All in all, having a great time in game and hopefully contribute here too - keep up the good work.

Welcome to the boards! I'm glad you're digging taking your time with everything, there really isn't any reason to rush. It's a nice change over other MMOs.

Yes it is a very nice change indeed. No need to worry about quest completion as dynamic events take care of that. I hit level 80 without even trying and I was putting less time then than I am now. Discovery is SO much fun!

Welcome to GW2F, Gismo! I agree the game has a lot to recommend it. Leveling seems really easy and natural to me, too. I just play and the leveling takes care of itself. No problem. There's more world than I'll ever need to get to 80 on anyone. I love the map exploration and hearts and crafting. Nice to meet you and good luck with all your endeavors.

hey guys i am also new to the guildwars2 forms but i do not have the game as of yet was wondering if there was a way to download it and also if anyone would happen to have a spare product key laying around would love to see the game and join in on the fun =).

Hello and welcome, Gismo! Glad you are enjoying yourself. I like taking my time too, especially since this my first ever MMO lol. Still learning the ropes as I go and I am already an alt-aholic so I guess that is why I do not have any character near 80 yet lol.
