Amazon also offers digital downloads. Instead of direct from Anet have you tried ordering it from Amazon.com?
If no luck with amazon,How about buying the disk from a website in your country?? I would think you have video game stores that would and could sell you the disk. Just a idea or two, Hope it helps and best of luck.
Amazon offers downloads only to Americans, having their card issued in USA. I did try it ;P

That is exactly what I did, I am just a lil bit worried that region lock is not gonna let me play/log in for the first time.
