Problems with Guild Wars 2 account creation

Hey all, I was wondering if there was anyone here who might be able to help me solve my problem.
I'm stuck at step 2 on the account creation, I don't know if its just glitched or something but it keeps coming up with ''your password must be at least 8 characters long'' even though my password is over 10.

Also the email field is red too but it's not telling me why, both emails should be valid as I never had guild wars before and I clicked ''no'' in step 1 when it asked if I had a guild wars account so I don't know whats wrong. any help if appreciated.

There could be a number of reasons messing things up, could be you, could be a problem with Anet servers. As steel said contact official tech support and they should be able to get you taken care of.

Did the problem go away? I had the same problem but all I had to do was wait it out
