Thread: I stopped playing guild wars 2, Can someone give me a reason to play again.

I didn't watch videos on any of the dungeons and I've done every explorable path, even before nerfs went out. My group and I figured out every encounter on the fly and had everything on farm within a few days, lol.

Man, this game is really really easy now that I think about it.

Putting together a dungeon run is kinda tough, especially if you play at strange hours. Even finding a Pug group is tough. Think most believe its simply not worth all the time and armor repair to run a dungeon.

    Thats just my 2 cents.
    Try using gw2lfg.com

I put together so many dungeon runs this weekend with that website. It really works well. After I post about a run, in less than 2 minutes I had too many ppl to go. I hope that anet never makes dungeons soloable. Sorry for you.

There are a few specific bosses with gimmicks but other than that, none of them are heavily puzzle oriented.
Actually, this is incorrect. CoF path 1 requires 4 people to opent the door for a 5th to open the way. And I was actually hoping anet would add more things like these to their dungeons. Designing soloable content would be a step backwards from this progress. Fractals were the new hope for trinity free content.

Some don't find it easy. I don't. Maybe if you've done dungeons and raids for years, it's easy, but it's not real easy for a lot of people. Saying it's easy doesn't make it so.

Well once you figure out the mechanics, then it does become easy. Just do the same thing you did last time to beat that boss, probably more efficient this time. That's actually the reason I don't PVE. It's not that the world isn't well done and pretty , it's that it's not challenging. Once you figure out the AI and the mechanics, you know how to beat that stage. And the next time, you do the same thing, And the next time. That's so boring and easy to me.

That's why I WvW. I don't know if there is going to be 1 person or 10 behind that cliff. A stealthed group. I don't know their build and what weapon they will swap too. Will anyone come in to join the fight from either side? What do I learn from this encounter to get better. The same fight never happens twice. And thus I am entertained.

My main char runs around naked a lot...maybe that will sway you.
