I'm a free agent, the world is my oyster

I'm looking for a guild. I would like a nice, friendly one, with people of all ages and any backgrounds. My current guild has announced they're bored of the game but I am not so am looking for a new group of lovelies.

Today I thought "hey, why not join an American server?" (I'm from UK). "Maybe Tarnished Coast, because I'm interested in it". But it was full, so shifted from Seafarer's Rest to Piken Square. Are there any active, and most importantly friendly guilds here?

Besides that, I have no ties to any server really, so could go anywhere. Where do the regulars from this forum play? Maybe I could come stalk you! I have no direction, no ties. Someone sow the seeds of my fabulous internet journey for me, please. And make sure it's heaven.

Cariad, I'd recommend trying to get into Tarnished Coast when you can (there's a 7 day wait for a transfer). The server is pretty busy at all levels, and there are tons of friendly guilds here. Though it's the unofficial RP server, a lot of people choose RP servers not for the RP, but for the friendliness.

Remember full servers aren't full all the time. If you log in at a different hour, you'll find you can transfer.

Thanks Vayne. I already transfered so will have to wait 7 days minimum, I'll see how it goes here first while keeping an eye on TC's status. I see it now I'll be doing all the Christmas events alone lol.

Sucky poodles. Spending holidays alone sucks. But maybe not. What's the traffic like on your server now?

I'm currently on Gunnars Hold server - UK based also. Midnight Mayhem is the guild I'm representing and they have just finished their fractals boosting weekend and mining run and this week apart from the W3 - we will be having a costume brawl. It's good to have an interesting guild to play with.

On a side note I thought I'd start a new alt and was dreading some of the low level events solo. Shouldn't have listened to the naysayers. Soon as I called an event some 5-10 players crawled out of the woodwork for it.

This is what I'm finding too. Not all the time, but most of the time. There are far more players around than most people realize, but the combination of culling, because you don't need to see them to play (where as you do need ot see enemies) and the size of the zones, which are big, makes it hard to just run into people casually. It doesn't mean they're not around the corner though.

Very true, unless you call it there may be parties just round the corner and you would never notice. I do have a tendency to talk in map rather than just say now as it gets more of a response especially when I'd like a hand with a DE.

I started out on Anvil Rock. I was very unhappy there. That server seemed to host the most anti-social, hateful people I have ever seen! TC is very friendly and I am quite happy. I don't recommend visiting /map, however. It is quite frequently populated by a Herd of Stupid.
